Nordaltek collects personal information when you place an order, create an account, contact customer service, or subscribe to email updates. This section explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices available to you.

What we collect. When you order, we collect your name, email address, telephone number, shipping address, and billing address. Our payment processors, Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal, receive the payment instrument details needed to complete the transaction; Nordaltek does not store full card numbers on its own servers. We also collect order history, return and refund records, and correspondence you send to our customer service address. When you browse the site, we receive technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring URL.

Why we collect it. Order data is used to fulfil purchases, arrange delivery, process returns, and comply with tax and accounting obligations. Contact data is used to respond to enquiries and, where you have opted in, to send product updates. Technical data is used to keep the site functional, diagnose errors, and understand which pages are used.

Who receives it. Shipping carriers receive the name, address, and telephone number needed to deliver a parcel. Payment processors receive transaction data under their own privacy terms. Service providers that host the site, send transactional email, or provide analytics may process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Your rights. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, or a portable copy of the data you provided. If you are a California resident, you may request to know the categories of personal information we have collected and the categories of sources, request deletion, and request correction; you may also designate an authorised agent to act on your behalf. To exercise any of these rights, email info@nordaltek.my with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will acknowledge the request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Retention. Order and transaction records are retained for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Marketing contact data is retained until you unsubscribe. Technical logs are retained for a shorter operational period and then deleted or aggregated.

Cookies. Essential cookies are used to maintain your cart and session. Analytics cookies are used only where permitted by applicable law; where consent is required, non-essential cookies are set only after you consent.

Changes. If we change how we handle personal data in a way that affects your rights, we will update this page and revise the last-updated date above.
