Refund policy

You may return any item within 30 calendar days of the date you receive it. The return does not need to be tied to a defect, damage, or quality issue. If you decide the product is not right for you, the 30-day window still applies.

Returns are free. We do not charge a return shipping fee, and we do not deduct a restocking fee from your refund. The return address is:

To start a return, email info@nordaltek.my with: (1) the place and date of purchase, (2) your order confirmation or other proof of purchase, (3) a photograph of the product, and (4) a short note on why you are returning it. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send an item back before receiving those instructions, because parcels that arrive without an associated return request take longer to match to an order.

Once your return arrives at the address above, we inspect it and process the refund within 1–2 business days. The refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of our receipt of the return. Your bank or card issuer then posts the credit within 7–10 business days after the refund is issued. We will confirm the refund by email or telephone once it has been issued.

If an item arrives damaged, contact us before returning it. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund without requiring you to ship the damaged item back, provided you send a photograph of the damage with your message.
